Homeowners face a major confidence gap. They struggle to understand what’s wrong, how much it should cost, and which professional to hire. Retail stores don’t teach. Online advice lacks context. Marketplaces feel pricey and unclear.
The Solution
The app walks users through diagnosing and fixing issues in real time. If DIY isn’t the answer, CASA automatically summarizes the problem, contacts professionals, gathers estimates, and books the appointment — no calls, no messaging threads.
