Overview
Altrina is a Y Combinator backed startup building frontier technology on the road to full automation. Having already raised $1.8M and entering a super seed round, the company reached an inflection point where its external perception no longer matched the maturity, focus, or ambition of the product.
The Problem
Visually and tonally, the platform leaned clinical and overly complex, unintentionally associating the product with health tech or builder style tools. The experience suggested configuration effort and cognitive load, when the promise of the product is the opposite: automation, clarity, and confidence.
The Solution
We reframed Altrina as an execution layer for operations, grounding every design decision in maturity, restraint, and intent. The brand was sharpened to feel infrastructural rather than experimental. The product experience was simplified to reduce cognitive load and reinforce clear ownership, flow, and completion.
